We service a variety of industries and have been in the Houston area for over 50 years. We understand our greatest asset is the integrity, knowledge, and dedication of our people. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for leadership, development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs and drive execution of an effective recruiting strategy.
Direct activities to assist with development of innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies.
Assist in developing strategy to leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks and universities - to directly and indirectly attract and source qualified candidates.
Engage in on-campus networking with professors and campus placement personnel.
Support strategies to enhance the Company's recruitment strategy through relationship building.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensure that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drive the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting process.
Candidates should have a high level of professionalism, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in person. Additionally, candidates should have:
4 year college degree.
At least one year of recruiting experience preferred.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Self-motivated and goal orientated.
Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
Works well in a fast-paced environment.
