Our client is seeking a Property Accountant for a long-term contract assignment. The company is a fast-paced environment that encourages learning and growth,

The role will be:

  • Preparing and distributing monthly financial information.
  • Providing analysis of budget variances
  • Handling monthly general ledger and balance sheet account reconciliation
  • Handling journal entries
  • Forecasting cash flow 
  • Calculating management fees

Qualifications:

  • BS Accounting or Finance degree
  • 2 years of property accounting experience in a multi-entity environment

NOTES:
3 openings.
Telecommuting is allowed.

Additional Salary Information: We have one contract to hire, one permanent, and one contract role. The compensation varies from 65K-$80K
