Bellaire legal firm seeking a part-time accounting/ administrative/ personal assistant. You will support a visually impaired employer and help her continue to operate in this busy office. This is a long-term opportunity.
Bookkeeping assistant tasks
Post credit card payments and resolve any credit card issues
Reconcile credit cards and bank statements
Document bookkeeping procedures
Scan case related documents
Perform check maintenance
Perform time card and payroll functions
Develop and regularly update financial reports
Your duties are likely to evolve as you gain experience.
Hours
Part-time flexible
Requirements
Seasoned professional with years of accounting/booking experience
Must be highly experienced with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, etc.
Strong aptitude for working with numbers
Strong aptitude for learning technology and new systems
Experience in the management of a small business is helpful but not essential
An eye for accuracy.
