PRIMARY FUNCTION: Process member dues payments and adjustments, enter payables in ReQlogic
Enter and maintain files for member dues receipts through netFORUM software and enter adjustments including contributions.
Enter and maintain files for Peer Review receipts through netFORUM and enter adjustments. Adjust member firm records, as necessary.
Act as contact for member questions regarding dues and research dues related problems.
Create, close, and post all daily netFORUM batches including assignment of batches to user departments.
Maintain the AP inbox and enter invoices in ReQlogic.
Enter Society and CPE cleared checks into accounting software.
Generate and mail event invoices, event statements and product statements.
Primary backup for other accounting staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three to five years accounting experience.
Ten key and keyboarding by touch.
Data entry, spread sheet and Adobe experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service.
College accounting classes.
Advanced computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Adobe, and database experience.
Detail oriented, self-starter, with strong organization and time management skills.
